Shipping & Processing Charges
Shipping & Processing is the charge for internet order processing, packaging your purchase, processing, transportation and handling of your order. Special delivery requests, including specific carrier requests, future delivery requests and/or special delivery address requests may include additional charges. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, special requests may change delivery times. Shipping and deliveries occur only on weekdays excluding holidays. Shipping & Processing is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Processing Time
Processing time for Domestic U.S. orders takes approximately 3-5 business days. However, this is our best approximation and can vary depending on the order and current order levels.
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive approximately 2-7 days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST) Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. This includes UPS Ground and U.S.P.S. Priority Air-Mail.
Two-Day Delivery
Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping. If you place your order after 12:00 noon (PST) on Friday or on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the following business day.
Overnight Delivery
Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping. If you place your order after 12:00 noon (PST) on Friday or on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the following business day.
Canadian Delivery
Orders shipping to Canada are processed and charged the same rates as domestic orders.
International Delivery
Orders shipped outside of the U.S.A incur a shipping rate of $55.00-$65.00 depending on the value of the merchandise. All International shipments (excluding Canada) are shipped via USPS Global Priority or Global Priority Express.
Additional Delivery Charges
Additional charges may be assessed if you require any of the following:
- Items ordered together are shipped separate or to multiple delivery addresses
- Items were ordered with promotional shipping offer and returned for credit
- Items with special delivery rates indicated on the item description
- If items are being shipped to a APO/FPO address
- If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
